Trauma Therapy
Our history and experiences and where we come from make each of us different. In trauma therapy, there is no single way to improve the quality of life. Our pains and preferences influence the method of help used.
Trauma therapy does not focus on telling unpleasant events, paying attention to details, because talking about difficult experiences very often leads to traumatization. This means that by trying to talk about what happened to you, you can relive the horror of those moments.
The goal of trauma therapy is
- building personal resources that strengthen us,
- noticing what happened then,
- noticing how we feel about it now,
- noticing how this memory affects our body,
- noticing how it affects our thoughts,
- noticing that being in a therapeutic relationship we are safe and that this event has passed,
- integration of this experience in a safe place,
- noticing the conclusions from this event,
- changing the way you think about the event and yourself
Trauma Therapy is a process that can be performed using various techniques. With me you can get this help thanks to:
1. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
This therapy focuses on our thoughts, beliefs and how they affect us. It takes place according to a scenario of 12 classes, and involves own work.
2. Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
This therapy focuses on our emotions (drug) and how it affects us. It takes place according to a scenario of 12 classes, and involves recording and listening to sessions between meetings.
3. Eclectic Therapy
This therapy uses various work techniques, emphasizing body sensations. There are 16 classes according to a scenario, including imagination and relaxation techniques, as well as homework.
4. Complex Trauma Therapy (C-PTSD)
This therapy uses various work techniques, emphasizing the parts of the personality that were created during traumatic events. Its aim is to understand your difficulties, their sources and trigger mechanisms, and acquire skills to deal with them.

Group classes during work will allow you to find a moment of peace, concentration and mindfulness. Classes conducted in groups are for people at every stage of their development.
Classes include psychoeducation, breathing exercises, mindfulness exercises and meditation.
