Trauma is an experience that is unbearable and unacceptable. Examples include: war, accident, assault, rape, medical procedure or upbringing

PTSD includes outbursts of anger, problems with concentration or sleep

C-PTSD is a problem with the control and expression of one's emotions, distrust in the world, a feeling of emptiness and hopelessness.

Our first meeting is about getting to know each other and my understanding of the problem you are struggling with. You don't need to prepare anything.

Each of us is different and each of us is influenced by different stimuli. The therapy will be tailored to your needs.
